1)  You forget about the Title Attribute and Menu Label features for pages.  (Take a look at the SEO section of the edit page screen.)

2) The autogenerate keywords for posts pages is for when a blog has a static homepage and a &quot;posts page&quot; designated in the WordPress options.  This plugin option will automatically use the keywords for those posts on the Blog Page.  Only the keywords for the posts that are currently shown (latest 5, 10, etc) will be used.

Both of these are relatively new features and were added in the past few months, which is probably why they were overlooked.  Otherwise, this is a great tutorial!</description>
